Way to go! By the way, I think there is a way to make your blog be a triathlon blog, so you can log your biking miles too. But you might have to start over... :-( !

it helps when your husband meets you half way and rides just far enough ahead of you that you have to run a little faster than your used to. . .until he yells at you to sprint to the stop sign and you just smack him! :)
